About Our School

Since 2005, Faett's ATA Black Belt Academy has been providing instruction in Taekwondo and the martial arts in the Lansing, MI area. The Academy itself has been in the Lansing Area since 1969 in one form or another.

We have over 30 state, national and world champions that train at our facility.  The school has been in the area since 1969.  It was started by, now, 8th degree black belt Chief Master Robert S. Allemiers.  The school hosts two 6th degree black belts: Master Carl Flotka and Mr. Joe Lance as part time instructors.  Mr. John Faett, the school owner and head instructor, is also a 5 time state champion and competed on the collegiate circuit for Michigan State University. School News and Events

-Tuesday Night March 4th at 8:30pm will be another tournament committee meeting (we will be dicussing our progress so far and what we need to do from here)

-No Class Thursday and Friday because of Photo day (we will be having our annual photo sale if there is any gear etc. you still need.)

-Next Testing Will be April 26th saturday.

-Summer camps will be June 16th-20th,   and August 11th-15th.  times 
will 9-1pm and cost is 119.00 or 99.00 for lp members.  We are limited to 25 students per camp so sign up today.
